BNK Capital Markets Ltd. was setup in the year 1986 and started as leasing and finance company. BNK Capital
Group has exited & sold its entire shareholding with effect from 23 August 2021. BNK Capital Markets Ltd is now
Known as Quest Capital Markets Ltd. However, all the IP rights, Website www.bnkcapital.com, email and other
related rights remain the property of BNK Capital Group.
On 8th November 2021 other group companies including BNK Commodities Pvt Ltd were amalgamated with BNK
Securities Pvt. Ltd vide NCLT Kolkata
