2. The Composition Of the CSR Committee

Pursuant to Section 135(9) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company is not required to constitute a CSR Committee as the amount required to be spent towards CSR does not exceed Rs. 50 lakh. The Board of Directors have dissolved the CSR committee and the CSR activities are performed by the Board.
